Brought my son to this urgent care after a long night of sickness, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. The staff was beyond friendly and took us in right away. I recently visited the urgent care with my sick child, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Rachel, the physician assistant, was incredibly professional and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything and made us feel at ease during a stressful time. The facility itself was well-organized and clean, which is always a big plus. I was pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair in the waiting room, which was available for free. It was a much-needed comfort while we waited. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the facilities and staff. The facility had private waiting rooms to keep the patients isolated while they are waiting to be seen, why didn’t anyone think of this before??? They also have a state-of-the-art espresso and coffee machine. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Relief Urgent Care is 10 years ahead of the industry. The space, process, equipment and staff are all top notch. I hope that I don’t have to go to an urgent care any time soon but if I had to then definitely Relief urgent care will be my choice.

went to the urgent care down the street ( I won't post the name) and they misdiagnosed my son. They told me my son had an ear infection and prescribed him your typical antibiotic. Fast forward 4 days later, my son was not getting better. We are no strangers to ear infections since my son had chronic ones and had tubes put in. I was referred to Relief Urgent Care and as soon as they seen my son and heard his cough, they took him back. The staff is super sweet and very knowledgable. Rachel, the PA, knew exactly what was wrong with my son before we even did the x-ray. The x-ray confirmed he had walking pneumonia and she prescribed him the right medication and hopefully he's on his way to a speedy recovery. I refuse to go anywhere else since I know my children will be taken care of and diagnosed properly because the staff really wants to make sure they are providing excellent care. Thank you Relief Urgent Care for providing relief to this mom! I hope we don't have to come back again, but sure will, if needed!
